Terms & Conditions

Order

  • You are responsible for the orders that you placed and all the information that you provided. Kindly double check your order detail before payment is made.
  • You are not able to make any changes to your order after you have checked out and confirmed your order. No refunds/exchanges will be allowed.
  • If you ordered ready stock and pre-order items together, we will ship them out when the pre-order item arrives, or you may separate the check-out. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any request to amend the order if the order has already made/processed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice for reasons such as the product is out of stock, payment is not complete and notify us within 48hours/2days from the issue of the order invoice. We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

Delivery

  • The mailing day is Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holiday are excluded.
  • Ready stock order will be shipped within 1-2 working days upon payment verification.
  • Backorder will be shipped around backorder’s ETA (Estimated Time Of Arrival) which are stated in every product detail. 
  • Pre-order will need to take 2-3 weeks to arrive. If there is a delay, we will inform the customer or on social media.
  • Once the tracking number is emailed to you, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third-party courier service provided, any delay or lost parcel happened is beyond our control.
  • We shall not be responsible for lost parcel if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
  • Before shipping out your order, parcels and packaging will be checked again by us to ensure they’re complete and in good condition. However, damages on packaging may still happen during delivery. No refunds/exchanges will be allowed.

Product

  • A 3-months warranty will be provided for all electronic items. Please test the electrical items for multiple times upon receiving.  
  • We make the effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, we do not warrant that product description or other content on the Site are accurate or error-free.
  • Product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. 
  • There might be a 1cm-3cm measurement discrepancy on the actual item.
  • Small bubbles, tiny spots and willow lines are inevitable due to process reasons, but they do not affect the overall appearance and use.
  • Request for return as defect item due to the reasons above will be rejected.  

Backorder/Pre-order

  • Backorder/Pre-order items might take 2-3 weeks to arrive from date of payment verification; unless otherwise stated. 
  • Arrival may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (shipment delays etc). Date of arrival will be updated on the product information page. We reserve the right to amend the date of arrival without prior notice.
  • If you ordered ready stock and pre-order items together, we will ship them out when the pre-order item arrives, or you may separate the check-out. 
  • No refunds/exchanges will be allowed for delayed shipments unless backorder is cancelled by our supplier.

Return

  • Before shipping out your order, parcels and packaging will be checked again by us to ensure they’re complete and in good condition. However, if you have received a defective product:
  • Kindly notify us with your invoice order within 7days from the date of product shipped
  • Instructions will be given as to how to proceed with the return. Please note that the returned item has to reach us within 5 maximum days after instruction email is sent.
  • The returned item must be brand new/in the original state unused, otherwise, an exchange/refund will be ignored and returned item will be sent back within 3 working days via normal mail. Customers shall have to incur the shipping costs.
  • No refunds will be made for products that are still available.
  • We are not liable for any lost mails in the exchange/refund process.
  • No exchange/refund will be made for the product that does not fit or not deemed defective. We shall not be responsible for the damage caused during shipping.
